Since I work and tv and film production, you can catch me watching the latest TV shows and movies, particularly dramas and comedies. If you're looking for a new series to throw yourself into or need to procrastinate with, I got you! Just because these shows ended it's not too late to join the party.


Here’s my list of my top 9 favorite binge worthy shows that ended you must watch that will have you engaged, at the edge of your seat, and will make you cancel as your plans to finish the series. I added the trailers for each series to make it easier to preview.


Empire

A hip-hop mogul must choose a successor among his three sons who are battling for control over his multi-million dollar company, while his ex-wife (Cookie) schemes to reclaim what is hers. For a primetime show, Empire always pushed the boundaries of both representation and conversation throughout the show for touching on various topics such as mental health and homophobia.


Fun fact: The show was the first to air a Black, gay marriage ceremony during primetime on a major broadcast network.
