I’m an avid television watcher, my day never ends without streaming online shows and the latest movies. Since quarantine started, I have been living in the Netflix comedy section. These 5 comedies will have you clenching your stomach from laughing and smiling from joy.
1. Always A Bridesmaid
Corina James (Javicia Leslie) who has been a bridesmaid so many times that she is starting to wonder if she will ever be a bride. Corina begins to question, ‘Is love and marriage for everyone?’ as she dives into the world of dating.
2. The Trap
Sonny (T.I.) returns home to Atlanta to help save his brother (Mike Epps) and mother’s restaurant. An unexpected change to the chicken recipe gives new life to the restaurant but also brings unexpected problems.

3. Fall Girls
Page Davis (Amara La Negra) has just gotten promoted to President of Sales at her job, Wellington Tech. After a night of celebration with her boss, she wakes up to her boss, dead. Page and her group of friends now have to try their best to figure out who killed their boss without taking the “fall”.
4. The Love Birds
A couple (Issa Rae & Kumail Nanjiani) experiences a defining moment in the relationship when they are unintentionally caught in a murder mystery. As their journey to clear their names, they must figure out how they and their relationship, can survive the night.
5. Love Jacked
Maya’s (Amber Stevens West) engagement falls through. She’s too embarrassed to tell her family that she’s coming back to America alone so, gets a new man to pose as her finance.
